we are pleased to announce that we have taken another important step towards sustainability: we have become a Benefit Company.
What does this mean in concrete terms? That beyond profit objectives, we have also integrated into our corporate purpose the aspiration to have a positive impact on society and environment. We have crystallized this commitment in our statutes to guarantee it in the long term, and so that it lasts over time, regardless of leadership.
IBS Moulding is involved in the production of plastic products for the medical sector in an environmentally friendly way and is well aware of the central role that companies play in promoting positive change.
Becoming a Benefit Company is therefore a natural evolution towards the adoption of new business models that respect the principles of sustainability and social responsibility.
We will seek to reduce the environmental impact of the products we manufacture and develop the circular economy, but also to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment, attentive to the well-being of people and the promotion of economic, social, cultural and ethical growth in the territory in which we operate.
For more than 40 years we have been recognized by customers for our ability to do and to do well. We want this to become valid not only for the quality of our products, but also for the contribution we have been able to make to our territory, the community and the environment.
