In forty years of activity, we have grown on all fronts.
From a simple laboratory with three product lines, 10 employees and about 15 customers, we have become an industrial reality with more than 30 employees, three production sites, 20 product lines and customers from over 35 countries.
In this path, what really made the difference were the persons:
the collaborators, many of whom have been with IBS since the early years, the suppliers and the customers, who, with their confidence, have made our foundations more solid.
For some years now, the second generation of the Ronchi family has taken over the lead of IBS Moulding, carrying on the business management with an eye to the future, but in continuity with the values that have always guided us.
This birthday coincides with an important innovation: the transfer of the activities of our three sites into a single production center, a new efficient and technological hub designed to bring production to a higher level, offering concrete answers to an increasingly demanding market.
For over forty years we have been working with an idea in mind, which is the basis of our philosophy: to be a reliable partner for companies in the medical sector supporting them in the best way with flexibility and precision.
That’s why these 40 candles are above all an incentive to do even more.
